Our Approach


A lot of people believe exercise is hard and a lot of work. But our approach to fitness is to try and deliver a positive, not painful experience. We gradually implement simple yet effective stretching, strength, motion/movement, and balance exercises which are customized to your own personal goals. We help everyone embrace the mental and physical aspects of fitness including support concerning diet and stress reduction. At Jerry’s Wellness & Fitness, our mission is to help you achieve a higher level of overall wellness so you can better enjoy all the activities you value most in life.

About Jerry

The programs offered by Jerry’s Wellness and Fitness are inspired by the education and experience of Jerry Conca. Jerry is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is a member of the National Council For Certified Personal Trainers, is a former Golds Gym Trainer Of The Year for 5 consecutive years, and is a Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. Additionally, Jerry has personally run in 5 marathons, 15 half marathons, is an amateur boxer and wrestler & coach, and swim instructor. He has been and continues to coach and train youth baseball teams.
